BloodMoon Sweet Potato

What you'll need:

4-6 Sweet potatoes, cubed.
BloodMoon Spice Mix (We recommend Sweet Siren)
1/2 cup Milk of your choice
4 table spoons of Butter
2 eggs
Marshmallows of your choice
Bacon (optional)

How to cook:

Pre-heat oven to 325 F.
Cook cubed potatoes on a large pan, cover with water and cook after boil for 10-15 minutes until soft. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Wait until cooler and remove skin.
Mash potatoes until puréed, add eggs and mix well. *make sure they're cold enough so the egg won't cook!*
Add 3 tablespoons of BloodMoon Spice Mix, milk and butter. Mix until smooth.
Transfer to your favorite baking dish.
Top with Marshmallows and chopped Bacon
Bake for 30 minutes.

Serves 12.

 

Chili Dogs

What you'll need:

1 pound of ground beef (or protein of your choice)
1.5 cups of broth (your choice)
8oz can of tomato sauce
14.5oz can of petite diced tomatoes
6oz can of tomato paste
BloodMoon Chili Spice Mix (We recommend Mystic Medium)

How to cook:

Cook your protein and add in broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and add 2 tablespoons of your BloodMoon Chili Mix. Mix well and simmer for at least 1 hour. This is the perfect time to start grilling those dogs and toasting your buns.

Once everything is done, top your dogs with a healthy portion of your chili, maybe a little cheese, some fresh chopped onion, and cilantro and BOOM.

Serves 4.

 

Chili Mac & Cheese

What you'll need:

1 pound of ground beef (or protein of your choice)
1.5 cups of broth (your choice)
8oz can of tomato sauce
14.5oz can of petite diced tomatoes
6oz can of tomato paste
BloodMoon Chili Spice Mix (We recommend Sweet Siren)
2 cups of pasta noodles
4 slices of American Cheese 
1 cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 slices of Cheddar Cheese
1,5 cups of Milk 
2 tbs of butter

How to cook:

Cook your protein and add in broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and add 2 tablespoons of your BloodMoon Chili Mix. Mix well and simmer for at least 1 hour.

Boil 4 cups of water and add pasta, cook for 9 minutes. Drain and leave aside. 
On the same pot you used for pasta, mix milk, butter and cook until butter melted. 
Add American cheese, shredded cheddar. Cook on medium low until all is mixed and blended. 
Add pasta and mix. 
Mix in mac & cheese with chili on a baking pan and cover with Cheddar slices. 
Broil until cheese melted and toasted.
